Hi! I am Michelle Dean. I grew up in the beautiful Rhondda valleys of South Wales, UK and still live there with my husband. Between us we have 5 grown up children and 4 grandchildren that keep us busy, but I also love spending time with good friends, travelling, walking and practicing yoga.
I built a career serving others in both the public and private sectors, with drive and commitment to delivering the best possible service to ensure customer satisfaction.
But after spending the more recent years working in the coaching and personal growth industry, I chose to follow my own dreams and pursue my passion in health and wellbeing, and of course to continue to serve others.
I know what it’s like to get to a point in your life when you’re holding weight for no apparent reason, have no energy, don’t sleep well, lack in confidence and have wonky lady hormones.
So, after following my own health and weight loss journey, I realised it didn’t have to be that way. I’ve been at my happy weight for several years now and living my best life so want to help as many women as I can, achieve the same.
Now that I’m a trained a holistic health & weight loss coach, I combine all I’ve learned and experienced and help women change their relationship with food, make small lifestyle changes, and work on their mindset to get them to believe in themselves and love the skin they’re in.
I’m passionate about the powerful effects of nutrition and show them an alternative way to live… to take their bodies to a healthier place, release the weight they no longer want and learn how to keep it off for life!
I truly believe that every woman deserves the very best for themselves, so I’d love to be part of your journey of discovery too.
