More and more we are asking ourselves a natural conscious question – what is are best food products for me and my family? Factory farming systems, monoculture agriculture, highly processed foods, antibiotic resistance issues are all of real concern to me and many others.

It was a natural progression to make the decision I was going to find the world’s best whole foods to support my food philosophy and programme. The healthy kitchen vision was always to create a sustainable pantry range as food essentials because food is medicine to me, right? Food is medicine!
